These terms apply to your use of this website and to repair services provided by Tabi Tech Repair, operated by Tabi Digital Ltd.

Services include device diagnostics, phone and tablet repairs, screen replacement, battery replacement, and general tech repair work.

Prices shown on the website are guide estimates. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection and may vary based on device condition, parts required, and labour involved.

Diagnostic work may be required before we can confirm the cause of a fault and provide a final repair quote. Diagnostics from £20 help identify the cause of hardware or software faults. If you proceed with the recommended repair, this fee is deducted from the repair total. If you do not proceed, the diagnostic fee may still apply. A clear quote is always provided before any major work is carried out.

Diagnostic fees start from £20. If you approve the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is deducted from the final repair total. If you choose not to proceed, the diagnostic fee may still apply where testing has been completed.

By submitting a device for repair, you confirm that you:

• Have provided accurate information about the device and reported fault
• Are the legal owner of the device and it has not been reported stolen
• Have backed up important personal or business data before submission

Customers are responsible for backing up any personal or business data stored on their device prior to repair. Tabi Tech Repair accepts no liability for data loss during the repair process.

A 30-day warranty is included on repairs, covering faults related to the work carried out and parts supplied. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage after collection, software misuse, or faults unrelated to the original repair.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tabi Tech Repair is not liable for:

• Pre-existing faults or degraded components outside the agreed repair scope
• Hidden internal damage discovered during diagnostics or repair
• Software issues unrelated to the agreed hardware repair scope
• Data loss arising from the repair process
